Refund policy

Postage Price                                                                                                Due to a special postage deal we have worked on with our supplier we have a flat rate postage price on all orders under 10kg of $11.00 GST Inc. So if you purchase one item or ten, there is flat postage of $11.00. If an order is placed that is over 10kg in total weight postage will be free.

Refund                                                                                                          We do not offer refunds on completed and paid orders. If there is defective or damaged items we will exchange them for the same item. See exchanges below.

Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from manufacturer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@restartresources.com.au and send your item to: Restart Resources, PO Box 1032, Busselton WA 6280, Australia.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Restart Resources, PO Box 1032, Busselton WA 6280, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
